Go for Light Workout During pregnancy



It is of utmost need to go through cautiously during times of pregnancy. The pregnant women may suffer from food urges in small interval of time, as now the food is also shared by the baby growing and developing within her womb. Therefore right intake of diet is necessary to ensure better growth and development of the baby.
·         Avoid eating frozen food or stale food, which is not at all good for the mother and the baby. Longer gap of between two meals should be avoided. Fasting should be strictly restricted during such phase.
·         Pregnant women should take lesser of food like brinjal, oninon, papaya, ginger, bajara, pepper, instead a dietary chart should be better prepared, pertaining to each trimester, as the growth of the bay baries in each trimester and the need of the food may really vary.
·         The growth of the baby heftily relies on the diet in pregnancy taken by the mother. The right diet may ensure better and faster mental and physical development of the baby.
