If you want to make fit and healthy, you should drink lots of water in a
day. At least 8 -12 glasses of water utilization should be done by an adult. Make
a healthy eating habit and eat fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables,
and food fiber rich, shoots, seeds and cereals. Intake protein and carbohydrate
in your regular diet plan. Calcium rich diet is also required to keep healthy
and strong bone. You should do some activities for keeping fits as like- yoga,
exercises and work out, etc. Practice of yoga and
exercises make fit and
healthy, and also makes the body attractive.
