Regular Exercise and Proper Diet: Mantra to get Extreme Care during Pregnancy


It’s time of happiness when you get conception, but it is also required to get utmost care at time of pregnancy. You also have to take care of unborn; here I am enlisting some tips which you must need to follow for getting extreme care during pregnancy. Go for regular exercise as it keeps you fit during pregnancy period. If you have included exercise in daily routine during pregnancy, you do not have to bear much pain. Stomach should not keep empty. Take bath with warm water that give relax to your body. Eat little amount of meals and avoid eating fried, spicy and acidic foods. Drink appropriate amount of water and special care also needs to be taken during pregnancy at summer times. Just go for rest as body needs and you may also feel drowsiness. You are advised to have the healthy diet as nutrition is also going to unborn child. Consult to doctor when you are going to take any medication during this critical period.
