Be Careful for Diet in pregnancy



During the pregnancy phase food habits is the most vital thing to be given extra care. The food habits of the pregnant women undergoes a drastic change which indeed needs to be healthier and loaded with nutrients to supply the rich and healthy nourished food to the baby.
The diet in pregnancy should more involve fibrous rich food, minerals and vitamins which are healthier for the mother as well as the baby. Along with the right amount of exercise during pregnancy, right amount of rich and fibrous food is necessary.
The pregnant women may suffer from food urges in small interval of time, as now the food is also shared by the baby growing and developing within her womb. Therefore right intake of diet is necessary to ensure better growth and development of the baby.
·         The pregnant woman should intake more of vitamins, frolic acid, minerals, and iron loaded food. Also the calories should not be put at stake at any cost. The calories and food in-take should be balanced with exercises during pregnancy.
·         Vitamins should be taken but in the prescribed amount, as they can sabotage the embryo. Green vegetable should be mixed in the each diet. Vegetables like spinach, cauli flower, cabbage and many others can be exchanged in meals. Extra care during pregnancy is required to make certain that there is no deficiency in the lady.
·         Smoking, alcohol, cocoa, cold drinks, tobacco should be strictly constrained or if taken should be in really less amount as they hamper the growth of the baby.
