Some exercises for pregneny carePregnancy is most important part of a woman’s life. If a woman becomes pregnant, he must care about her health. There are some exercises that can help her healthy during pregnancy. A pregnant woman should avoid few certain foods like uncooked meat, poultry fish-eggs and alcohol because a healthy balanced diet during pregnancy is crucial for the future health of children. It is not advisable to eat 3 large meals, but eat 5-6 small meals each day. Having healthy snacks like salads, sandwiches, soups or fresh fruits between meals is also a good idea.
