Every woman wants to look beautiful. The skin beauty is first requirement of the body because the people notice your skin first, so it is most important to be careful about your skin. There are different types of skin like- dry skin, oily skin and combination skin. Each type of skin requires special care. Some are born beautiful and others grow to become beautiful. Looking healthy and attractive is everyone's dream, regardless of age group. Some tips related to beauty care :
  • Oily Skin- Make a puree of 4 tomatoes. Soak some rice for 30 minutes and grind it coarsely. Add this to the pureed tomatoes. Apply this mixture all over the body and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Bathe with warm water; this is a good scrub recipe for oily skin.
  • Dry skin- 1 tsp of milk cream with 2-3 drops of lime juice mixed well. This should be applied 10 minutes before a bath. It reduces the dryness and also is good when applied in winter. its useful in dry skin.

It is not advisable to eat 3 large meals, but eat 5-6 small meals each day. Having healthy snacks like salads, sandwiches, soups or fresh fruits between meals is also a good idea.

Exercise for keep fit and healthyIf you want to make fit and healthy, you should drink lots of water in a day. At least 8 -12 glasses of water utilization should be done by an adult. Make a healthy eating habit and eat fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, and food fiber rich, shoots, seeds and cereals. Intake protein and carbohydrate in your regular diet plan. Calcium rich diet is also required to keep healthy and strong bone. You should do some activities for keeping fits as like- yoga, exercises and work out, etc. Practice of yoga and Yoga is the best for making us healthy
